Frequently Asked Questions
What are your standard rates?
Our standard rates are based on the salary of PostDocs in Germany. You can expect around 6 000 Euro upwards per month. This depends on project complexity, desired speed, and computational load. You will get an exact quote after the first (free) meeting on the same day.
How long does a typical project take?
Turnaround times vary by scope and payment. Quality Assessment takes a few days; small analyses can take 1 – 2 weeks; larger pipelines may take several weeks to months. We’ll provide an estimated timeline with an exact deadline on your quote.
Do you offer revisions for publication?
Yes. Each finished project includes free revisions for publication.
How is data confidentiality handled?
We follow strict data security protocols, including encrypted transfers and secure storage on our private data servers. If desired, NDAs can be signed. As a standard all relevant data will be kept on our private servers for 12-months before complete deletion. Data can be deleted earlier if desired.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept bank transfer.
